General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
Occassional spotting or discharge could happen when you are having PCOS and being treated with medications such as Clomid.
Clomid contains clomiphene, which is used to stimulate ovulation when the ovaries can produce a follicle but hormonal stimulation is deficient.
Kindly continue with the treatment as prescribed and do the necessary follow-up as suggested.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
