What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Taking Cytotec Pills?

hi i had brown spotting before i took 5 cytotec pills and only little bits of tissue came out by wiping and red spotting.. pain was only for 45 minutes but the rest of the day just cramps the next day i too 3 more because i did not saw my period yet... i am bleeding light..
