What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Taking Cytotec?

Hi, please I missed my period and I took 4 pills of cytotec placed under my tongue on Sunday. I bleed a little after a few hours and then bleeding stopped that same day. Bleeding wasn t really heavy but I m still spotting when I go to pee up till now. I had severe cramping on Sunday and Monday too. I m really scared because I can t handle being pregnant now. What do I do please?
