Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.
Irregular bleeding can happen if hormonal treatment is not taken regularly and generally there is nothing to worry. Just make sure you start the next dose in the next month on the right dates and follow the instructions of your doctor so your periods can be regular and not have irregular spotting.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Kind regards, Antoneta Zotaj, MD
