hi doc my names Isra i hd my last periods on d 18th of lst mth 2weeks bk my results were nil on d 17th it showd pos. D nxt day i bought a combipack of mifepristone200mg n misopristol200mcg i took mifepristone the same day at 12.35pm d nxt day at d same time i hd misopristol n mifepristone there ws light bleedng a small discharge n tht ws it m nt bleedng although i hd d second corce today theres only whitesh discharge cn u tel e wht should i assume

Hello, I really appreciate your concern. This is the proper dosage schedule for medical termination of pregnancy (MTP) kit for aboertion. First take mifeprostone orally then after 24-36 hours take misoprostol 2 tablets either orally or intra-vaginal. Hoping that you have taken the dosage appropriately. Usually bleeding occurs within 24 hours of misoprostol tablets. If it does not happen as in your case then take another 2 tablets of misoprostol. After using MTP it is advisable to go for Ultrasonography after 1 week of cessation of bleeding to confirm complete abortion. If you don't have proper bleeding at all then you should consult obstetrician immediately to go for dilatation and curettage for complete abortion.
