What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Taking Ondansetron?
I have the stomach flu or maybe norovirus I’ve been given Ondansetron Orally Disintegration Tablets USP 4mg and after about 8 hours I’m experiencing light what seems like period blood (from my vagina) it was at first tiny about bright red then it was more of a pinkish brown as I kept whipping.

That is nothing to do with Ondansetron drug, it is a gynecological issue and not at all related to Ondansetron.
