What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Taking Plan B?

I took plan b not even an hour after a conform break....... I ve taken plan b before, and have been on birth control. Never have these interrupted my period or make me feel funny. Well a week later I started spotting, the day I was supposed to start my period. So I was thinking it was my period, but the next day came and it was still the brownish pink spotting.. I also work third shift and about every morning I m just randomly getting sick.. are these happening because of the plan b? I was worried by the fact I never just reacted like this to it before. It s 5 days later from when I was supposed to start my period and it still hasn t came. Is there a chance I m pregnant?

Hi I think it can be a side effect of emergency pill. If you want to be sure that you are not pregnant, do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. It will clear your doubt. If negative, you can take some medicines like meprate or deviry for inducing periods. Hope it helps.
