What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Taking Plan B?

HI, I got disvirgined by my husband 2 weeks ago and it was an unprotected sex. Well I took plan b and 3 days later I started seeing spotting to heavy bleeding for one week. When the bleeding stopped I started to itch and having burning sensations at the surface or opening of my virgina. I also have yellow watery discharge.
