General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Usually one can predict menses within 5-7 days of last dose intake of Primolut N which is called withdrawal bleed. In question, it is not mentioned that currently you are taking primolut-N or not? If medicine is stopped and 5-6 days have elapsed, then spotting is sign of upcoming menses. If the drug is continuously consumed today also, vaginal infection or else may be part of differential diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
