What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Unprotected Intercourse?

Hi, my name is Amber. I had my tubes tied the day after my 3rd daughter was born and that hasn t even been 1 year ago. I haven t had any problems with my periods since this month. I had my normal 7 day period which stopped this past monday, I had unprotected sex with my husband on Wednesday 5/24/17 and last night I started spotting a pink color. What can this be?

Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. Get a pelvic examination done to rule out any cervical pathology or infections. It can happen due to any of these. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. Hope it helps.
