What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Urination While Treating Fibroid?
Hi i am a 36 year old mom of two and i am experiencing spotting after i use the bathroom both when i have a bm and urinate. Blood is red but not a lot. I have the adiana birth control device and i have fibroid. My last pap was 3 yrs ago. They were normal. It started about 2 days ago ans i was constipated. Should i b worried?

If the fibroid is close to the inner layer of the womb you may experience some spotting or bleeding due to it.
On the other hand, it is best to have a check and make sure of the cause. A transvaginal ultrasound would be indicated in this case.
