What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Withdrawing From Warfarin?

Hi doc I had my first petogen injection in Jan 2017 and my periods stopped for 4 months. I was then on warfarin because i was diagnosed with pulmonary embolism when i was pregnant last year. So i was discharged from warfarin in Apr but then 2 weeks after, i started spotting and would only use panty liners, but now since then i have not stopped bleeding and its been like a month now. My dr says its the injection

Hi,

You can take drugs like Tranexamic Acid to control bleeding. If bleeding persist, you have to consult your gynecologist and get evaluated.
