What Causes Vaginal Spotting Along With Abdominal Cramps During Menstruation?

I had a miscarriage december 25 i was back to 0hcg in beginning of january. I got my period january 24th lasted 8 days, usually only 5-6 days. Had cramping, nausea,spotting after for the month and then started my next period march 2. Lasted 7 days and now have cramping, nausea, and spotting still/again. Negative pregnancy tests also. Do you know what could be going on?

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
I think it is due to hormonal imbalance.

Following are the cause of your problem:
1. Hormonal imbalance
2. Excessive stress
3. Change in life style
4. Excessive alcohol and caffeine
5. Excessive exercise
6. Drugs: Birth control pills, thyroid medication
7. Thyroid problem
8. Endometriosis
9. Atrophic vaginitis/cervix

Test your hormone profile- Estrogen, Progesteron, FSH, LH, HCG and thyroid profile
If necessary do USG.


Take following advice
1.Limit caffeine, salt and nicotine from a few days before your period until two weeks after it
2. Healthy lifestyle
3 Stretching and regular exercise routines will reduce cramping and menstrual pain.
4. Yoga can be extremely helpful to reduce both the physical and mental symptoms
5. Massage can also help both physical and emotional symptoms. also relieve depression, anxiety and panic attacks.
6. Hot baths help with cramping, back pain and relaxation.
7. Sleep of at least 8 hours

Maintain hygiene like below:
1. Keeping The Vagina Dry (Not wet, clean well)
2. Wear pure cotton Loose underwear
