What Causes Vaginal Spotting Along With Bloating And Lower Abdominal Pain?

I have experienced today for the first time ever..Spotting. I am 21 years old and No i am not pregnant. Also, i feel light headed every now and then as well as bloated and lower abdominal pain when i apply pressure to my stomach. Every morning I feel sick to my stomach but I don't actually throw up. I have went to see someone about this and again, I am not pregnant. What is going on??
