What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Abdominal Cramping During Early Pregnancy?
Hello I am currently 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I am booked in to see a doctor on Monday for the first time . Today I have light Spotting all day and when I go to the toilet and wipe there is light blood . No pain just some aching and cramps like you would if I was Having a period . A few months ago I had a miscarriage around the same time has now and last year had an eptopic pregnancy. Just a little worried that I may have another failed pregnancy again ! What shall I do now ?

Follow up with the gynecologist, may be you should start taking tablet Progesterone for continuing the pregnancy. Do a USG of abdomen to see the status of the embryo.
