What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Abdominal Cramps With Faint Positive UPT?

Hi I m 28......I got scanty period now but my LMP 30/June ...pregnancy test shows weakly positive.. I have breast tenderness. But no periods occurs properly now .on ultrasound show s no gestational sac but till novperiods just scanty bleeding.. This occurs first time for me ..mild abdominal cramps but it not hurt me ..why this happening? I just want to know reason? Plz reduce my tension

Hi,

Minor bleeding around expected time of period with positive UPT(urine pregnancy test) can suggest implantation bleeding.

But, since it is only weakly positive and USD showed no sac, pregnancy is unlikely. To exclude pregnancy we have two options:

1. Do a repeat UPT next day using a fresh kit. If negative, prgnancy is ruled out. If inconclusive, go for option 2

2. Get a blood HCG test. This can detect pregnancy even before UPT
