Hello,

You are having prolonged menstrual bleeding called menorrhagia and intermenstrual bleeding called metrorrhagia.

There are different conditions that cause this. You may need to do an ultrasound to see if there is an anatomical issue such as Fibroadenoma or endometrial hyperplasia causing the symptoms.

Also, you can do a total blood count and platelets to see blood clotting problems.

Also, a colposcopy answered pap smear may be needed. Once done all these tests the results should get evaluated and the cause may be found. The treatment depends on causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
