What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Abdominal Pain Despite Taking Unwanted-72?

I had an unprotected sex on 4 and 5th march with my b/f and consumed unwanted 72 on 5th march.My periods are generally ir-regular before intercourse.I had last period on 19th FEB and I had a light period for 1.5 days on 20 th march. I had used prega news on 26th march and 1 april(Followed the instruction). Both were negative.Now I am feeling some symptomes like pain in abdomen while touch, heavy body.I had tested once again on 18th april and it was negative.Am i pregnent??

As you have taken emergency contraceptive pill (ECP) after unprotected sex Means there is almost no chance of being pregnant , but these pills commonly make your periods early or late and in your case your delayed period are most probably be related to the ECP and the bleeding u mention was probably a withdrawal bleeding

as you almost missed your period apart from the light bleeding of 2 days on 20th march i would strongly suggest you to see Your Gynecologist, he may go for all necessary medical investigations to rule out any underlying medical condition and even pregnancy
