What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Brown Vaginal Discharge?

Hi Doc.Im Rosie 36 years old.I had my first day menstruation last June 4 but it last until 24. After that I dont still have my next cycle. I had a spotting last July21 which is brownish in color and last for 3 days. I have a feeling now of cramping like dysmenorrhea. What signs are these Doc?

It can be due to vaginal fungal infection for which you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or moxikind-cv after an expert opinion along with avil or cetrizine for itching. You can take Fole 150 mg or use clingen-forte vaginal pessary to put into the vagina once daily for at-least 5 days. Maintain the hygiene of private part by regular washing or use v-wash vaginal.
