What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Delayed Periods?

Hi am Lacey. The last time I had sex was April 18. I accepted my period on the 24 I didn t get it. I still haven t received it as yet. I took many pregnancy test also blood test and they all came out negative. I took them last month. What could possible be the problem. I am also having spotting every now and then

Hi dear..getting spotting is one of the sign of periods but also remember anxiety,stress and hormonal imbalance can also delay period or spot apart from pregnancy so if its more than 6 weeks of last period date then get the USG done because beta HCG levels may take some time to rise and shown so please consult the gynaecologist and get the picture clear
