What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Dizziness While On Clindamycin?

I took clindamycin for bv and started spotting the first day. I took it an additional three days until I threw it up and felt really dizzy. Why am I still spotting three days later and what caused it in the first place? Why would I start bleeding on the medication?

I really appreciate your concern, if this the BV then clindamycin wont work here and spotting may not be due to this medicine but it could be due to hormone changes, other symptoms could be due to drug induced gastritis, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
