What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Fatigue While On Nexplanon And Fluoxetine?
I have been on Nexplanon for 10 months now as well as Fluoxetine for about 7 months at the same time. Im experiencing light spotting, bloatedness, depression and fatigue and have slept quite a bit the last couple of days. I have been intimate with my husband and he recently got a vasectomy. Just a few days ago he was told he was clear and am now experiencing these symptoms. Is there any chance he could ve gotten me pregnant? I feel very run down, emotional and my cravings have increased, ive also had tender breasts as well as a late period (which usually doesnt occur with the nexplanon)

If he had a semen analysis done which would have shown a low sperm count and indicate the vasectomy was successful, then it is unlikely that you are pregnant but you can check with a pregnancy test.
Pregnancy tests detect the HCG hormone and this is detectable by day 11 to 14 after conception.
Most home tests are very accurate.
