What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Pain On Hips?

I am 53 and stopped having my period about 5 6 months ago now just about amonth when I wipe there is a light pink on tiolet paper and then one day a brighter red but not much then after going even the same day nothing on paper no blood in water in tiolet i do have an ache on left like on hip I do have itching and dryness

you need to undergo local examination and pap smear is necessary. the cause of the bleeding need to be find out. you may need biopsy and scan.
dryness and itching is common in post menopausal women. you may need local estrogen ointment or hormone replacement therapy but before that you need to go for check up for spotting.
