General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to Ask a doctor services. I have read your query.

Vaginal spotting between periods commonly occurs when one is on Contraceptive pills or devices.

It is natural, should go away as your body adjusts with the hormonal changes. However, you have not mentioned what CP you are on or your age.

This symptom may also occur in menopausal phase or peri menopausal phase. It is physiological change & normal.

However, it can be a symptom of some medical pathology like cysts, polyps, fibroids or developing endometriosis.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynae & get blood & imaging tests done. Get treated at the earliest. Hope I have answered your question. Take care.
Regards,
Dr Nupur K
