Hi
Pregnancy is less like to be the cause of your symptom given that you took unwanted-72 within the recommended delay even though day 5 of cycle could be risky for ladies with very short menstrual cycles. We cannot still exclude pregnancy at 100%.Spotting after unprotected sex could also be due to a sexually transmissible infection or just a mid-cycle syndrome.I advice you observe and see if it will continue. If it does, consult a Doctor for examination. If it doesn't, run a pregnancy test if you miss your next period.
Best regards.
