What Causes Vaginal Spotting During 23 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Hello I am a actly 23 weeks an 3 days pregnant and when I went to pee earlier an I wiped I noticed a very light brown color on the toilet paper...I feel no pain or nothing... And I still feel my baby moving...is this something to be worried about an should I go to the Dr

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Light brown discharge as you mentioned can be due to two reasons

1. Urinary tract infection - This one is more common. Urine examination would be done. Presence of RBC, pus cells, epithelial cell in urine will suggest UTI & will require antibiotics
2. vaginal spotting during 23 weeks pregnancy may also indicate premature labor & other serious problems as well

So you should visit a gynaecologist & she would do a ultrasound diagnose the problem & treat accordingly
