What Causes Vaginal Spotting During 3 Weeks Of Pregnancy?
I am 3 weeks 6 days pregnant and had some light bleeding today which I went to the ER for. My beta HCG is 30 which I know could be in normal range but my endometrial stripe is only 4 mm. Is it possible I m not having a miscarriage with a lining at 4mm this early on? The spotting has resolved and I ve had no pain

Sometimes bleeding can occur during implantation or it could be a threatened abortion. I advise you to take complete rest for few daysconsult your doctor and ask regarding progesterone injection or tablets which helps to sustain the pregnancy.
