What Causes Vaginal Spotting During Menopause?
My mother is post menopause and was experiencing spotting for about 3 weeks. She had a procedure done earlier this week where some polyps were removed. Today she had unexpected and very heavy bleeding and is lightheaded, feeling like she would pass out. I am not with her, she is away, just seeing if this is something I need to have someone where she is address now.

It would be best if she sees someone to be assessed. She would need her blood count checked to make sure that it has not dropped too low and may need some extra fluids as well.
