What Causes Vaginal Spotting During Periods Long After Having Ruptured Ovarian Cyst?

My period has been really off lately. I am not bleeding as much onto a pad but when I wipe it is basically dripping with blood. I also seem to be leaking every time I pull down my underwear. I don t know if this is related, but I had a ruptured ovarian sist two years ago.

I really appreciate your concern, such bleeding could be due to change in hormone level and some time it must be due to age, if this long last then it has to be investigated and may need hormone therapy for regular period hope this information helps.
