What Causes Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy Through IVF?

Hello doctor. I am currently 5w2days into my pregnancy from IVF. I started spotting then slight red bleeding when I wipe which started a week ago after my positive beta. I went in for a second beta which was high, and doctor could see the sac. He has prescribe duphaston, aspirin and progesterone injection but the bleeding has not stopped. I am 40 years old and has a previous miscarriage a year ago.

You need further monitoring because a miscarriage is possible. It is good that you are taking Duphastone and progesterone injection. I think you should go to hospital.
