I understand your concern.
It is very difficult to say weather spotting what you are experiencing is due to UTI or
miscarriage.
Urinary tract infection can cause bleeding when there is mucosal injury in
urethra. But, since you are on treatment, such spotting should subside early in response to treatment.
In the meantime, drink good quantity of water and citrus fruit juices. Take adequate rest and avoid strenuous physical activity.
You can get your blood checked for beta-HCG levels now and after 2 weeks. It should have increased by 2 weeks, which indicates the pregnacy has been progressing. Also you can get a trans-
vaginal ultrasound scan (TVS) after 2 weeks to know the status of
pregnancy.
In case the spotting continues despite taking measures, you need to immediately consult Gynecologist for appropriate management.
