General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

Pregnancy will of course have to be ruled out, but most of your symptoms could clearly be because of the birth control pills itself. They cause a hormonal imbalance which can trigger symptoms like nausea, irregular bleeding, mood swings, depression, etc. Rule out pregnancy, once that is done speak to your doctor about your symptoms and get the attention you need.

Best wishes.
