What Causes Vaginal Spotting Other Than Menstrual Cycle?

had my tubes tied 10 years ago, woke up two Fridays ago with the bathroom wiped and it was pink thought I was going to start my period, I didn t, the following Thursday I had the same thing happen and still no period and again today I have had some cramping but nothing I am going on about 3 weeks late

You have mentioned that you are late for menstrual cycles for 3 weeks and experiencing spotting also.
Delayed periods is the first symptom of pregnancy.
Thus, you may take up an urine pregnancy test.
Spotting can occur during implantation once conception has occurred.
In case the pregnancy test is negative, spotting can occur during ovulation.
Besides, delay in periods can occur due to hormonal imbalance.
Thus, if none f the possibilities are present, you need to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
