General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Chronic vaginal spotting may be part of chronic cervicitis, in situ changes of dysplasia or else.

In my clinic, after per vaginal and speculum examination, I do discuss the need of cervical swab and biopsy with the patient to get the final diagnosis with histology proof and cure accordingly.

However, if you have any of the reports available, I can be in a better position to discuss further in details on clinical grounds.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
