What Causes Vaginal Spotting While On Microgynon?

Hi I am 26 year old I have 3 kids my youngest daughter is 1year and 7months breastfeeding till now and I m taking family planning pills microgynon ed for the first time.my first menstruation last May 27 2017 then my second menstruation July 18,2017.I m taking pills July 19,2017 after I go to the center to ask wat contraceptive.my menstruation stop July 20 in the night only color brown.July 23 when I wake up to urinate I see a blood in my panty.is this OK?I am worried because its my first time in family planning...I want IUD but the public hospital midwife leave for two weeks that s why I m go back to the health center to try the pills.after taking Pills to IUD.they said

Hi I think you can have occasionally spotting due to side effect of pills. So, don't worry about it. It will resolve on its own. You can continue taking microgynon for one more month and get a IUD next month. Hope it helps.
