What Causes Vaginal Spotting While On Birth Control Pills?
Ive been on the pill about 2 yrs now...no problems....went to get my yearly perscription but had to skip a month due to when my appointment was...started taking this month and after about a week 1/2 started to spot brown and red a little sometimes a pinkish color..not heavy but a flow every now and then..been going on for about 6 days now and my period is not due untill around the 28th...is this normal? Help?

The spotting is particularly common during the first three months of taking a contraceptive pill, during which your body adjusts to the hormones.
It can also happen even after the first three months.
