Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Spotting between periods while on the birth control pill is very common. Changing hormone levels, most notably estrogen, and a thin endometrial lining can both cause breakthrough bleeding. It will pass itself in time so don't worry. If the symptoms continue, then you should see a gynecologist for a physical examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
