What Causes Vaginal Spotting With Clots During Pregnancy?

Hello, I am 12 weeks pregnant, I have two kids born through csection and two miscarriages. I went to the emergency room yesterday morning because I was sporting, I got an ultrasound and blood tests and everything was okay. Now, I went to the bathroom and passed a small clot (dime sized) should I be worried at all, should I got to the emergency room again?

If all spam and ultrasound are normal then don't worry bleeding may be due to hormonal imbalance during pregnancy or over exertion. First you need to take proper rest. Light food in meal and avoid over exertion. Follow medicine given by doctor time to time.
