What Causes Vaginal Spotting?

hi, this is ms x. i have a four mos baby. i had spotting until almost three mos so i went to my obgyn and she prescribbed me camila which is gana stop spotting and also work as birth control pill. so i was taking it and i never missed any. but this is my four mos iam not getting my period. i would greatly appreciateif you help me with it.

Hi, I think if you are using the pills continuously, you might not get your periods. You can have spotting in between also which is known as breakthrough bleeding. If you want to be sure that you are not pregnant, you can do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. If negative, you can continue the tablets. Hope it helps.
