What Causes Vaginal Swelling And Blood Discharge With Painful Urination After Intercourse?
I had sex 2 nights ago (i lost my virginity 3 years ago) and it was painful and rough. The next morning I noticed i was bleeding and there was blood on the sheets... a lot. I continued to bleed all day and was very swollen in that area. When I tried to pee it hurts because of the swelling. It is now day 2 and it is still swollen, not as much, but please help.

You should get a gynecologist review as due to rough sex, any vaginal tear or lesion etc might have occurred so per vaginal examination and a gynecologist review seems unavoidable. Meanwhile OTC analgesic like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be used.
