Hello,

This is a rare case though some patients do complain of buzzing, throbbing, tickling, vibrating or tingling around the vagina. It may be uncomfortable and annoying. The cause can be due to some underlying health condition (you have not mentioned any past history), hypersensitivity to touch, being turned on before time, high libido, taking aphrodisiac's (in natural form or medicines / herbal supplements), alcohol or caffeine consumption, anxiety, etc.

Hypersensitivity may arise due to something that works in the head (mind) and creates desire by affecting the other parts of the body. May be she desires to engage in new positions or new sexual behavior but is unable to express. Try to study her mind and emotion. Erogenous zones are located all over the body, try to discover new erogenous areas so that sex is healthy and you don't suffer because of tickling that's annoying you.

Try changing the intensity of touch (stopping and re-starting) for delayed and more pleasurable foreplay. Help her relax when the sensations occur, encourage her to do pelvic floor exercises and let her get enough rest & adequate sleep.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
