What Causes Vaginismus And Lack Of Libido?

woman aged 58. Healthy. Good physique. for the last five yrs. suffering fromvaginismus. insertion of a finger is painful . consulted doctors and took hormone treatment as pills and ointment. No results. Also having lack of libido. I want high libido and a pleasant copulation with my hasband.

It could be due to low estrogen level in post menopausal period. Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) will be useful in this case.
