What Causes Variation In Gestation Periods In Various Scans?

go my scan results was wondering im 20 weeks when scan was done BPD=44mm-18 weeks 4 days

HC=172mm-20 weeks 2 days

AC=160mm-20 weeks 5 days

FL=32mm-20 weeks 1 day

does it make difference if one is at 18 and rest is 20weeks and what do the letters all stand for

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have foetal biometry. It will give different parameters. Like biparietal diameter, head circumference, abdominal circumference, femur length etc. These all are different parameters so all have different results and they are variablr according to gestational age. We should compare with gestational age. Your all value are normal. No need to worry about that.
