What Causes Varicose On My Feet And Warts On My Thumbs?

I am 18 and I have lots of verrucas on my feet and i sometimes get warts on my thumbs, freezing and shop bought products haven't worked. They are spreading on my feet and i worry that i will get them on other area of my body. Do they only grow on feet or could they spread to other places?
