What Causes Vein To Itch?

I'm 26 5 feet 7 inches 180 pounds I have a vain that looks like I got scrached it it itches I'm scared it starts on top of my left eyebrow and it goes to my top left ear it looks dry and everyone thinks is a scratch but it feels like a vain is not a scratch I had it for three weeks
