Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
My opinion-
IN the given situation, You seems to be having-
VARICOSE VEINS- which needs to be checked physically and investigated and confirmed by your family Physician.
Dear, You seem to be having long standing Varicose Veins in both legs, but recently, your perforator veins valves (-which communicate superficial with deep vein systems of leg veins-) seems to have failed in maintaining unidirectional flow from superficial to deep leg veins.
Cause of left veins going away-is due to nearby accompanying perforator veins are draining with competant valves.
But the right leg is with some pains-which is due to engorged veins-related with incompetant valve of the perforator vein and this seems to indicate deep vein thrombosis-start, which needs to be investigated and treated soon.
USG with Doppler Study of BOTH LEG VEINS would fix the cause of this sudden leg problem in your case.
Consult General Surgeon who would investigate and send you to Vascular Vein Surgeon-to Correct this perforator and long / short saphenous vein devect.Get this problem attended URGENTLY, to avoid further complications.
Dear Don't feel insecure,as this could be attended and corrected medically.
Do' Suggested-
Consult General and Vascualr Surgeon/ Chest Surgeon, in consults with family doctor.
Other causes of sudden leg vein problem, needs to be verified and ruled out, before giving any treatment.
Hope this would help you to plan further of this complex illness of yours.
