Recently went for a breast MRI and just found out that they discovered an incidental vertebral body hemangioma how could this have been caused I m very athletic and eat very healthy 49 yrs old 134lbs height 5 6. I have implants that are going to be removed soon capsular contraction. I am a long time body builder not drugs never smoked and rarely drink alcohol
Hemangioma is benign.its a harmartoma which means it was due abnormal development of blood vessels.you found out it incidentally.generally in such cases no intervention is needed unless its causes symtoms such as spinal cord compression .it needs to be followup.it has nothing to do with your habits.so don't worry
