What Causes Vertical Lines On The Nails And Yellowish Urine?

Doctor i am suffering from the serious problem actually i having vertical linings on my nails and i have noticed that these linings become more wide when i drink more water and the urine color is white .I also noticed that linings become less when i drink less water and urine coming is yellow in color.. I am not able to understand why this happening.. Please help me.

Hello,

Yes, we are just not sure which serious problem. Cannot say in your particular case, but generally, vertical lines are from not being able to put down protein. Serious illness, inflammation or low protein states are some of many possible causes.

Yes urine can have different colors based on dilution. if you drink more water in, it either will cause drowning or it will go out in the urine. the urine when added to water becomes more pale.
