General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Since there is a history of motor vehicle accident, any head injury or fractures should be ruled out with Ct or MRI of head and neck. Complete central nervous system examination should be done.

Cervical spondylosis is a general term for age-related wear and tear affecting the spinal discs in your neck. As the discs dehydrate and shrink, signs of osteoarthritis

X ray neck should be taken to rule out the condition.Cervical spondylosis can also cause headache, dizziness or vertigo.Sudden movements of the neck should be avoided.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
