What Causes Vertigo Along With Pain Behind The Neck?

I have vertigo and pain on the back of my neck. Sometimes I have numbness in my face and feel heavy around my left hand and shoulders. One of my pupils is sometimes larger than the other. I was previously diagnosed with thyroitis due to having a bad cold and on prednisolone. Now I am off and feel awful. I had a Ct scan which came back clear

region which may be disc bulging - canal stenosis - nerve roots
compression etc.
@ Highly recommend to get MRI of the cervical spine to reach the perfect
